What payment methods do you accept?

We want to make your shopping experience as smooth and secure as possible. We accept a variety of safe and trusted payment methods in your local currency. You can pay using:

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day and sent to our logistic team right away. Shipping from our warehouse usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a Track & Trace link from the carrier.

What is the status of my order?

Placed an order and eager for updates? Simply log into your account on our website to check the most recent status of your order. We’ll also keep you informed by email, so you always know where your game is. We’re just as excited as you are!

How do I track my order?

Just head to the "Orders" section in your account to see the most up-to-date status of your package. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the Track & Trace code will appear in your account. You can follow your package’s journey directly on the carrier’s website.

Have you placed an order without an account? We will also keep you informed by email.

I haven't received a Track & Trace code. When will my order arrive?

We totally get the excitement (and the impatience) of waiting for a new game. As soon as your order is handed over to the carrier, we’ll send you the Track & Trace code so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If you haven’t received it yet, don’t worry, it’s on the way! In the meantime, you can check your account for the latest updates on your order status.

I haven't received an order confirmation. What should I do?

If you haven’t received an order confirmation yet, don’t worry. It may take a little while for the confirmation email to arrive. If nothing comes through after 24 hours, feel free to contact us by sending a message to orders@boardgameselect.com.

Please also check your spam folder. Sometimes our emails end up there.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We totally get that plans can change. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we’re unable to modify or cancel it due to our fast processing.

But no worries, you can still return your order after you've received it. If you need to start a return, just click on the link here, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.

How do I cancel my order?

We’re really sorry to hear you want to cancel your order. Because our system is optimized for fast and automatic processing, it’s unfortunately not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed.

Order Issues

I received the wrong game. What should I do?

Looks like a mix-up sneaked into your parcel, so sorry about that! These things can happen during packing, but we’ll fix it. Please contact us as soon as you can, but no later than 48 hours after delivery.

Send an email to orders@boardgameselect.com with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Name of the game that you received
  • Name of the game that you should have received

My order is incomplete. What should I do?

Oh no, we’re really sorry to hear that your order is incomplete! Sometimes, items can get separated during shipping or packaging. If something is missing, please contact us as soon as you can, but no later than 48 hours after delivery.

Send an email to orders@boardgameselect.com with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Name of the item(s) you're missing

We’ll make sure to get everything sorted and complete your order as soon as possible, so your game night gets back on track in no time.

A part of my game is missing. What should I do?

Oh no, we totally understand how frustrating that can be! Sometimes, smaller parts or accessories can get tucked away in the packaging material, so be sure to check carefully.

If something is missing, please contact us as soon as you can, but no later than 48 hours after delivery. Send an email to orders@boardgameselect.com with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Name of the game with the missing part(s)
  • Name or description of the missing parts

Our team will sort it out as fast as possible, so your game is ready to play in no time.

My game was damaged on arrival. What should I do?

Oh no, we’re so sorry to hear that! Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice that your item is damaged, let us know right away, but no later than 48 hours after delivery.

Send us an email at orders@boardgameselect.com with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Name of the damaged game(s)
  • Two detailed photos of the damage
  • One overview photo of the damage
  • If available, a photo of the packaging

With this information, we’ll jump into action to fix it for you. We’ve got your back, so don’t hesitate to reach out if anything’s not quite right.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order, as well as the destination country. You’ll see the exact shipping cost during checkout, before you complete your order.

Good to know: if your order total is €75 or more, shipping is free!

What is the delivery time?

You’ll see the expected delivery date at checkout, no guessing needed. The time depends on stock and where the game’s heading. You can find here the estimated shipping days per country.

Returns

What is the return policy?

At Boardgame Select, we want your experience to be as fun and hassle-free as a well-played game. That’s why we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from receiving your game to request a return.

Just make sure the game is in the same condition as when you got it: unplayed, unopened, and with all the original packaging intact. You can read the complete return policy here.

Can I return a game if I've opened it?

Tempting as it is to tear off that shrink wrap... opened games can’t be returned. To be eligible for a return, the game has to be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unplayed, and in its original packaging.

How can I return my game?

We hope your game was a hit, but if it wasn’t quite what you expected, no worries! Returning is easy.

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from receiving your game to request a return. Just reach out to us at orders@boardgameselect.com with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Name of the game you're returning
  • The reason you’d like to return it

If the product is damaged also include:

  • Two detailed photos of the damage
  • One overview photo of the damage
  • If available, a photo of the packaging

Please keep in mind that the game must be sealed and unopened to qualify for a return. Once we get your request, we’ll quickly review it and send you instructions on how to send your game back.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

We don’t cover return shipping, so you’ll need to arrange and pay for that part yourself.

You’re free to choose your own carrier, as long as the game travels safely and securely back to us.

Can I exchange my game for a different one?

We totally understand if you’re looking to swap your game. The quickest way to do that is by returning the one you’ve got, and once it’s accepted, you can make a new purchase for the game you want.

When and how will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned game, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. If you haven’t received it after 10 business days, feel free to reach out to us at orders@boardgameselect.com.
