Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order, as well as the destination country. You’ll see the exact shipping cost during checkout, before you complete your order.
For orders over €75, shipping is free.
Shipping Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day and sent to our logistics team right away. Shipping from our warehouse usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a Track & Trace link from the carrier.
After receiving the Track & Trace link, the estimated shipping time depends on the destination country. Check the table below to see the expected shipping time for your country.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours. You can reach us by email at orders@boardgameselect.com. We’ll do our best to make things right.
